Welcome to Image 2Any (the "Service"), operated by Image 2Any ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Service (the website, tools, and related services) at Image 2Any. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

By submitting Content to the Service you grant Image 2Any a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works of, and display the Content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your Content.

The Service may include links to third-party websites, APIs or cloud services. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services and linking to them does not imply endorsement.
8. Privacy & Data Retention
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and store your data. By using the Service you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy. We may retain uploaded files and logs for a limited period for performance, security, and troubleshooting purposes; please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMAGE 2ANY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR DATA USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR SIX (6) MONTHS, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image 2Any and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, the licenses and rights granted to you will end and you must stop using the Service.
13. Modifications to the Service & Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also revise these Terms occasionally. If we make material changes to these Terms we will notify you by posting an updated Effective Date at the top of this page or by other means. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Refunds & Payments
If the Service offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are subject to the specific payment terms displayed at purchase. Refunds are provided only as described in those terms and otherwise at our sole discretion.
15. Age Restriction
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the Service you represent that you are at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract with us.
16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts competent for our principal place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
